Hello beauties,
Summer, summer, summer, here it comes... With the temperatures already above 40 degrees in most parts of North India, I am trying to stay indoors mostly. And the second most important thing that I do is apply sunscreen before stepping out of the confines of my home. In fact even on weekends when I am indoors I do make it a point to apply sunscreen to the exposed parts of my body.
Today, I am showcasing the wonderful Aroma Magic Sunblock Lotion SPF 30, PA+++. Read on to know more about it...
The packaging of the sunscreen is in a normal flip top bottle. Two major grouses with this kind of packaging, you cannot estimate the amount of product left in the bottle and the opening gets messy with the product being smeared all around the cap.
Ingredient list:
Price: INR 180 for 100 ml of the product (when I got this, I think they have increased the prices)
Swatch:
The sunscreen has milky texture (more on the fluid side) and looks a bit gooey. However, it spreads easily , works like a moisturiser for my normal skin (might not be very suitable for oily skin in summers), and doesn't leave a cast or layer on the skin. Always make sure to shake the bottle before using the product as the product tends to separate leading to messier clothing and vanity (believe me it has happened more than once).
The sunscreen works good for me on normal working days, when I have lesser exposure to sun and am indoors most of the day. But wouldn't fare very well without reapplication when you have prolonged sun exposure.
The sunscreen hasn't broken me out even once and therefore I can say that it is safe for people with sensitive skin. Another bonus point would be that the sun screen has more of physical sunscreens rather than chemicals and is free of parabens as well.
Finally, I would say that it is one of the better sunscreens out there, so go ahead and buy it depending on your daily sun exposure.
Have you used the Aroma Magic Sunblock Lotion SPF 30, PA+++ before, do let me know in the comments below.
See ya...
