Monsoons have just hit north India and the heat is now more bearable but with oodles of humidity. My skin is worst hit at this time due to excess of humidity, which prevents me from using moisturizers, leading to dullness and acne. However, I have found a solution to provide moisture to my skin by using facial sprays or mists. The latest in my vanity is Kama Ayurveda Lavender Water Mist. Read on to know how it fared on me...

Claims:
Handpicked from the wild in the Himalayas, this Lavender Water has unparalleled soothing properties that provides an instant boost to the skin and reduces stress. An excellent facial toner, it cools refreshes in hot weather.

Ingredient list:

Packaging: The rosewater comes in a dark colored bottle to prevent any photo degradation of the product and therefore it retains the fragrance till the last spritz. The bottle comes with a spray nozzle on top. The nozzle spray is excellent. Spurts just the right amount of toner in a nice pattern.

Spray nozzle:

The Kama Ayurveda Lavender water tones and hydrates my skin evenly. The product has a very mild or faint lavender fragrance. The toner hydrates my skin quiet well but doesn't do anything miraculous, like controlling breakouts/introducing brightness in my skin. However, it's a handy and travel friendly product to carry around during this season. I keep spraying it intermittently throughout the day for the freshness it provides to my skin.
