Even though I love summers, my skin generally takes a toll with multiple breakouts, acne and clogged pores. However, this year a magical toner has been my life saviour so far, and I say so because it is the only new addition to my skin care routine. So meet my new skin saver superhero the Jovees Sun Defense Neem Toner...

Neem ext., Marigold ext., Cummin seed ext., Aloe vera ext., Carrot ext., Soyabean ext.

Claims:
This toner developed with special botanical extracts that shall help to protect skin from tanning, removes discoloration caused due to exposure to sun and other polluting agents. This Toner shall help to clarify the skin and bring glow and sheen to it. It shall also help to increase skin's ability to retain moisture and effectively cleanses pores deeply to remove the last trace of dirt, surface impurities, make-up. It Leaves skin moisturized and refreshed.

Packaging:
I love the packaging of most Jovees products, especially the spray or pump bottle packaging. The same applies to this toner packaging. The toner is housed in a transparent plastic bottle with a spray on top and a sturdy cap which snaps shut and even after regular use has not come undone/loose. The spray nozzle is also of a very good quality and sprays a very fine mist onto the face.

My experience:

I love, love, love this toner. It has been very very good for my skin and has saved my skin from the clogged pores and some sun tan (though I stay mostly indoors).

The product smells amazing and not at all like neem. It has a slightly natural but sweeter scent and feels super refreshing on my skin. I have been using it as an after makeup setting spray and it works just fine. It makes my makeup look even more fresh and put together.

It definitely readies my skin better absorption of serum, moisturiser and other skin care products that I apply on top. But the best result has been the lesser occurance of acne and breakouts on my skin this summer. So definitely this has become my holy grail toner for summers.
