Hello beauties,
Though I have been missing in action, since like forever... you are always there in my thoughts, like always.
Some small and some big changes at the personal and professional front kept me away from the blogging world for so long, that I can hardly remember... seems just like yesterday that I published my first blog post (more of a beauty rambling) and now sitting in a land far, far away I can only but remember those good old days...
So, now for the updates: I have moved with my family to UK (United Kingdom) in February 2020 in the midst of the COVID scare and before I could say lo and behold... we found ourselves and the entire world in a lockdown. The situation is tough though not grim and we have spent the past few days in isolation, getting to know ASDA and Sainsbury for our grocery needs and Netflix and BBC for our entertainment.
Luckily my son is getting school work, which keeps both of us busy and my hubby is WFH. As for me I am getting used to a life without maids, which the entire Indian middle class is also coping with (pun intended).
So, I will try and write more as I have a little more time on my hands and post some of my lockdown skin care essentials and survival tips (to emerge at the end looking like our best selves and not ugly ducklings, since the salon situation is going to get stabilised in a few months time) and also start sharing some beauty emergency tips, which I discovered here, some which I wanted to buy like always and some beauty essentials, which you must carry if you are ever planning to settle abroad (for initial few days, in my case for a complete 12 months, hehe :) ) and some amazing beauty staples I have discovered here, which would help you survive in this lockdown :)
Till then, keep looking good and feeling sane...
Stay indoors, stay safe, stay healthy!!!
